2025 is my first year using the REK HXP 2. I managed to shoot a nice Michigan buck. The broadhead did its job! It left a huge wound channel and a great blood trail. I had a clean pass through on the double lung shot. These broadheads are very accurate and very sharp! I highly recommend!
I have shot a lot of broadheads over the years and I believe I finally found one that checks all the boxes. Switched to the HXP-2 and the success speaks for itself self!!
If you are looking for a broad head that flys like a field point and leaves a blood trail that several blind people could
Follow stop right here. The entrance and exit holes are enormous and the blood trail or spray line is crazy. I switched from my SEVR which are also great to these with ZERO regrets.
Shot a Michigan Whitetail buck in early archery season and this broadhead is absolutely killer! Shot was at 8 steps from the tree I was in, pass thru shot and he went maybe 40 yds. Personally I have never had a better blood trail, needless to say the ground was painted. Broadhead is still in perfect shape thanks to its simple design and rugged build.
Just shot a doe a few nights ago and I was so impressed on these broad heads! Also was was able to clean up the board head after and it went right back together like it was never used. Definitely worth the money. Also the blood was like a muder scene
